Administration Panel (TWAP) main page

Upon successful selection of a configured website, you will be taken to the main page of the ThemeChef Website Administration Panel.

The main administration page presents an overview of the website to the owner. It consists of 3 main areas:

• Header Toolbar
• Live Preview of your Website
• Bottom Toolbar

These will be explained in detail below.

Header Toolbar

The header, other than its "stylistic" use, also has some functionality that is very important to the user. There is a number of links on this toolbar, and also some information.

From left to right, the elements on the header toolbar are:

• Main Menu Button
• Preview Website Button
• Add New Blog Article Hotlink (if applicable)
• Current Date | external(live) URL | Internal URL
• Link to Homepage | Link to List of Websites | Logout

Note that this block will always be there and therefore, no matter which page you are in, these functions will always be available to you.

Live Preview of your Website

In the TWAP main area, you have a live preview of your website! Its all functional, and you can navigate through it. In essence, the administration interface, once logged in, sits on top of your running website, and you can make changes on the fly!

Note that sometimes you may perform changes in colours, for example, and they will appear on the website immediately. However, you will have to press "Save" for changes that you may see on the preview website area to become permanent.

Bottom Toolbar

The bottom toolbar of the TWAP displays some information about your website, the administration section, and also contains two very important management tools.

From Left to Right, what you can see is:

• Disk Usage (green bars will start dropping as you use more and more website space)
• Disk Usage Percentage (% full)
• Copyright Notice
• Theme Scheme Manager - Selects the theme scheme (which can be different colours, different layouts, etc)
• Website Colour Manager - Sets the colours of the texts/links/headers of your Website, as well as the Background!
• TWAP Icons Legend - explains the icons used throughout the website.
