Manage Gallery

Clicking on a Gallery edit icon (), you get directed to this page, where the actual management takes place. Using this panel, you can:

• Add photos to your Gallery
• Delete photos from your Gallery
• Change photo titles/descriptions
• Change the Gallery title/description
• Massively delete photos

Changing Gallery Title/Description

To change the Title & Description of a Gallery, change the respective data and click on the "save" button, to make the changes permanent.

Adding new photographs

To add new photographs, click on the addition icon () which will open the "add new photograph" dialog. To add a new photograph, you need to enter the following data:

• Title (can be blank)
• Description (can be blank)
• Main Image
• Thumbnail image (not required, but recommended)
• auto-scale (yes/no)
• weight

Note that auto-scaling will also automaticaly create the thumbnail for your image, therefore if you use auto-scaling, there is no need to enter a thumbnail, if you don't wish to.

Also note that autoscaling may produce stretched and distorted photos.

To add the image, click on the "save" button.

Deleting existing photographs

To delete an image, click on its deletion icon ().

After confirming this action, the system will delete the photograph permanently.

Massively delete existing photographs

To massively delete images, select them via their respective checkboxes (no "select all" function is provided in this section) and click on the trash icon (). After confirming this action, the system will delete the images.

Changing photograph Titles/Descriptions

Click on the edit icon () of the image that you wish to edit. This action will bring up the editor dialog, where you will be able to change the title and description for the selected image.

To save your changes, click on the "save" button, or close the dialog to discard them.
